JamCad Pricing Schedule

• Elevations are drawn at ½” = 1’-0” scale and details are drawn at full size (4 to 6) per sheet typically.

• All drawings are produced on a title block that is 22” x 34” so that they can be plotted on 24” to 36” size paper or at a half scale on 11” x 17” paper.

• A typical set of shop drawings consists of a title sheet, hardware schedule and notes sheet, floor plan(s) and/or building elevations as required, frame elevation sheet(s) and detail sheet(s).

• Drawings are $75.00 per sheet with a 4 sheet minimum.

• Drawings at the $75.00 per sheet price does not include standard shipping to you. Price does include emailing of final drawings to you in the format of your choice for your own printing. JamCad recommends sending to Wrays Reproductions.

• If you do not have plotting capabilities and would rather have JamCad print multiple sets for you, then add the following per sheet: $4.00 for 24 x 36 and $2.00 for 11 x 17. Price includes shipping. All printing will be done by Wrays Reprographics and shipped to you.

• Note on printing of drawings: JamCad will not send drawings to printer until customer has reviewed files for accuracy/correctness via electronic format emailed to customer, or in fax format on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets.

• Revisions to drawing will be handled at an hourly charge of $50/hour with a two-hour minimum. Work that constitutes this charge includes:

    * Drawings needing revising because of changes, omissions or errors not discovered after a  

      reasonable review period of 5 business days after JamCad submitted them to you.

    * Any set of drawings that have been submitted to GC/Architect review that includes

      changes not reflected in the original information sent to JamCad.

    * Changes because of information not originally sent to JamCad.

    * Changes in dimensions or quantities due to field measurements or lack of dimensions on  

      drawings that had to be scaled.

• For floor plans, building elevations and details – JamCad will seek these out from the architect in electronic AutoCad format at no additional charge. However, if these can be obtained by you and sent to JamCad, that would be preferred. What is required from the architect can be communicated to you by JamCad.

• Any revision that will constitute more than 2 hours worth of work will have to be scheduled as a regular job at a per sheet rate and may have a lead time until completion depending on the current work load. Revisions will be made a priority and will be completed as soon as possible.

• Quotes are based on all information sent to JamCad for quoting purposes. If additional information is sent after the original quote that requires a significant change in the number of sheets, an additional charge of the standard $75 per sheet will be added to the original quote.

• Quotes are usually not sent as an exact figure but are normally given to you as a not to exceed price or a low price and a high price and then bill for the actual amount of sheets at $75/sheet not to exceed high price.

• An add for engineer stamp (not by JamCad) if requested will be priced on a per job basis and is separate from the original quote. Initial engineering with review only is $50/sheet, if stamp is required $75/sheet.

• Because almost every project is different, lead times are approximate and are only quoted as a courtesy. Drawings are produced on a first come, first serve basis. It will be in your best interest if at the time of the quote a date required is also given.

• Fast track service may be available depending on the current work load, if you require less than a 2 week lead time. However, if job consists of complicated layouts and details and will require more than 8 sheets, fast track pricing will be at $100 per sheet.

• Jobsite visits by us for help in project measuring and detailing may be available depending on our current workload. This will be billed at $50/hour including travel time at $0.25 per mile from New Carlisle, Ohio.

• Layout of segmented, trapezoidal, arch top or odd size opening for glass ordering and shop fabrication of aluminum after field measurements are made is available at $50/hour, however we cannot be held liable for this service if the information is incorrect, we only offer this as an aid.

• New customers are expected to pay ½ down at the time of ordering and the balance when the project is completed before we email or make copies for you. If you would like, we can fax 8-1/2” x 11” sets of drawings to you as proof of completion before sending final payment.
