He has13 years drafting, estimating and project management experience with aluminum framing systems ranging from small storefront jobs, operable window school projects, to large curtainwall muli-story projects. Jake Metz has been in the glazing industry since 1994 with JMD Architectural Products located in Tipp City, Ohio.

        Although JamCad has no direct affiliation with JMD, Jake's experience through JMD with metal and glass suppliers and general contractors has provided him with much experience on what is required on shop drawings for detailing and lay out of curtainwalls, storefronts and windows.

        Jake's first job for JamCad was done for JMD. You can see this project either in process or completed (depending on when you view this site) in Fairborn, Ohio near the Fairfield mall next to I-675. The project is the 4 story office complex at Pentagon Park. This project is an excellent example of what kind of shop drawing projects Jake Metz can do for you.
